Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Paraggo website and, if you are a member, to the membership content available through it. By using the site you agree to them.
What Paraggo is — and is not
Paraggo provides mental performance coaching. It is not medical care, psychological therapy, or a diagnosis or treatment of any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.
If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak with a doctor or a licensed mental health professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact emergency services or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US) immediately.
Membership and access
A membership gives you access to the content available in your tier for as long as your membership is active. Content is added over time; we do not promise a fixed amount of content or a publishing schedule. If a membership is time-limited, access ends on the date shown when you joined.
Access is personal to you — please don’t share your sign-in or the member content with others.
Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Digital products, including recorded workshops and course materials, may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided you have not viewed a substantial portion of the content. Because digital content cannot be returned, we cannot offer refunds outside this window, though we may do so at our discretion.
Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a period already paid for, and access continues to the end of that period.
Booking and appointments
Bookings are made through a third-party scheduling tool (Cal.com). Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and missed appointments, are not refundable, except in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Please use the site and its content for your own personal use, and don’t copy, resell, or redistribute the member content, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.
Your content and messages
When you send us a message or booking details, you’re confirming the information you provide is your own and is accurate. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of the page.
